Lists ChubbSafes fire tested products (including Safes, Cabinets and Filing Cabinets) all have been independently tested for fire resistance. Products are categorised under fire resistance time starting from 30 minutes up to maximum of 2 hours and by the different mediums they protect, i.e digital, film or paper records.

An indicator of the level of security a safe provides is classified by a monetary value that insurers will cover in the event of theft. The higher the rating, the more protection a safe offers.
Cash Cover (often referred as cash rating)
The maximum monetary value covered in the event of theft.
Valuables Cover (jewellery)
Equals 10 times the cash rating, .i.e. a 4k cash cover = £40,000 of valuables.
European Grading (Security ratings)
A ‘safe testing’ scheme (Euro Grade) was devised by the insurance industry for rating/cover
