2. A fee will apply due to the following:- Training or operator guidance. User error. Willful damage or third party abuse of product. Misuse or neglect, including replacement of batteries. Force openings caused by any of the aforementioned.
3. Warranty applies for any Grade 0 up to Grade 6 chubbsafe purchased which is supplied to a residential address and for home use only (not for business purposes).
4. This warranty does not extend to commercial applications, incidents of force majeure including (but not limited to) fire, flood, theft, vandalism or breakage caused by accident.
